I’m firmly of the self-publishing fraternity after years with traditional publishers. I now have control and am much, much, better off. Thank you for this post, David. I’ve shared it on my blog, tweeted/fb’d it, linkedin,stumbledupon, pinned it, google+’d it and asked people to share. We all need to keep our wits about us in this increasingly cut-throat and exploitative business. Well done for making us better informed.
